Josh Docksteader - Creative Ministries Pastor
Josh is the Creative Ministries Pastor at Center Point Church. He leads by setting the vision for our Music and Community Group Ministries, as well as assisting in the preaching ministry and shepherding of the church. Josh was raised in Cornwall, PEI. Growing up, he had a concept of Jesus through the hard work and prayerful leadership of his parents, yet this did not truly grow into a love for Jesus until he went off to Briercrest College in Saskatchewan. It was there that God called him to himself, called him to love and commit himself to his wife Krista, and called him to preach and lead others in the Gospel. Josh served at Faith Baptist Church in Regina (Saskatchewan) as Youth and Music Pastor for 5 years. Although he never thought in his wildest dreams that he would be coming back to PEI, God’s persistent and effective leading brought Josh, Krista, and their 3 children, Eleanor, Emmett and Jude to serve at Center Point in August 2012. Since then God has put a love in Josh’s heart for the people of PEI and a desire to see them live in Jesus.
Josh’s passion is to enrich the church in the arts by enriching arts in the church. His hope for Center Point is to see genuine community develop whose heartbeat is the Gospel of Jesus. Josh enjoys playing music, listening to music, making music, learning music, writing music, wrestling with his kids and Quinoa salad made by Krista.

Her desire is to equip and enable others in children’s ministry and to see generations grow knowing who they are in Christ and honouring God with their lives. Beyond Children’s ministry her desire is to see families thrive with Christ as their center. She, her husband Chris and their two boys Seth and Micah share their messy lives with other families in the church and love the body they have been called to. Jennifer also works seasonally as a full-time cook at a local family run restaurant.
